I spotted a billboard for somethin called “Be More Us” over the weekend which looked interesting. It mentioned spending less time staring at our phones and more time talking to each other.

Be More Us was launched in 2018 by the charity Campaign to End Loneliness. The Campaign to End Loneliness was founded in 2011, and was the first organisation in the UK dedicated to tackling loneliness. We campaign nationally to inspire thousands of organisations and people to do more to tackle loneliness. We work at a local level in all four nations to across the UK. We want to make the UK a place where no one feels alone. We are hosted by Independent Age and funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Together, we can End Loneliness.
